Hannah was going to ask Danny if he wanted to go to the ice cream shop with her.

Hannah tells her parents, “I’m going to the ice cream shop.”

Hannah’s parent say, “ok.”

Hanna goes to Danny’s house and knocks on the kitchen door. Danny’s mom was just sitting there. Hannah kept on knocking, but Danny’s mom was just sitting there do nothing. After a while Hannah leaves. Hannah was at the ice cream shop. Hannah saw Danny and his two friends named Fred and Alan. Danny, Alan, and Fred were stealing ice cream from the ice cream shop. The three boys started to run and so did Hannah. The three boys were in front of Hannah. As they were walking, a car came up to them. They were all scared.

The guy in the car asked them for directions.

Hannah told the guy the way.

After awhile Hannah went home and so did Danny. Alan and Fred stayed behind laughing.

The next day all that was on her mind was if Danny was a ghost or not. Hannah saw Danny play soccer by himself. Hannah went outside with him. They were playing soccer together.

After Hannah asked Danny the big question he got scared for a second. They kept on playing. Suddenly, Danny falls to the ground.

“Hannah can you help me up?” Danny says.

“Yes” says Hannah.

When Hannah went to try and help up Danny their hands went right through each other.

“Are you a ghost?” Hannah asked Danny.

Danny says “no” and runs off.

Hannah started to think that Danny was a ghost. One day when Hannah was riding her bike outside she saw a shadow behind her. Hannah started to ride her bike faster. That same night she ate with her family. Hannah wrote to her friend that went out of town for vacation. As Hannah was writing to her friend she fall asleep and have a dream about Danny.

Summary

Hannah had just woke up from a bad dream. The dream was that her house caught on fire and she sat up on her bed and she saw a room catch on fire really fast and burn down the wallpaper. Then it melted. Hannah woke up and her heart was beating really fast when she woke up. After Hannah waited for her heart to stop beating really fast, she checked the time and it was 8:15am. Hannah woke up early that summer morning. Hannah was in a good mood that day because her bad dream was not true. Hannah went downstairs to eat breakfast. When Hannah went downstairs, her mom was making eggs that morning. Her two little brothers named Bill and Herb are six year old twins. They were playing around in the kitchen until their mom told them to cut it out.

Hannah’s mom asked Hannah, “why are you in a good mood this morning?”

Hannah said, ”I don’t know why but I just am.” Hannah did not want to tell her about her dream she had last night.

Hannah’s mom says, “I’m sorry this summer has been boring it’s just I don’t have the many this year to do anything.”

Hannah said, “it’s ok. I’m going on a bike ride now.”

Hannah’s friends are all on vacation or they were too busy to hang out with, so now Hannah has to find people to hang out with.

When she was outside she saw this boy riding his bike and dribbling a ball. The boys ball hit Hannah. He went to ask her if she was ok and Hannah said, “I’m fine.”

They started to talk and Hannah asked, “do you live around the area?”

“I live next door.”

Hannah thought to herself, “that’s funny I thought no one lived next door and someone was living there I would have known.”
